Members are responsible for the expenditure of the TIF (Tax Increment Funds) to facilitate the redevelopment of the TIF area. Learn more about elections and functions.
Meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Avilla Town Hall.

The Avilla Redevelopment Commission offers a Facade Improvement Matching Grant Program for Avilla businesses within the TIF area.
Not all businesses are eligible – only those in the TIF area, which includes the industrial parks and the businesses along Albion Street between State Road 3 and Avilla Country Kitchen. The businesses along Main Street between Lothamer Lane and Washington Street are also included in the TIF area.
